Many visitors come to NOAA, NCAR, and the University of Colorado. We have a beautiful, furnished studio apartment located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Boulder for scientists and other visitors.
Your Stay
The apartment is a 300 sq foot (28 sq m) studio with a private entrance, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and private patio space. It is fully furnished with kitchen utensils, linens, and everything you will need for your long-term stay.
We provide a speedy Trek bicycle with helmet, bike lights, and lock. The city maintains a wonderful network of bike paths.
This apartment is fully licensed with the City of Boulder, and the minimum stay is 30 days.
